How the tablet and kiosk system works

Our tablet-entry system can be programmed in english or spanish and allows you to screen and access patient need for more efficient doctor/patient visits. You can tailor your tablet for up to four surveys at once and can be administered by our tablet system, kiosk or home PC with instant, online reporting for providers, nursing, lab, and physicians.

Step 1 - Patients Self-assess

  • At check-in, the patient uses the hand-held tablet to take one or more psychological assessments.

Step 2 - Send in data

  • When the patient has completed the tests, staff places the tablet on the communicating base.

Step 3 - Internet Servers compile results

  • Data is sent via web HIPAA compliant, compiled and returned to your office.

Step 4 - Real-time reporting

  • Results are instantly available to providers and behavioral health consultants.
